2025 Have a Heart Gala: Together Toward Tomorrow
We are thrilled to invite you to our 27th annual Have a Heart Gala at the Bridgeport Art Center on Friday, February 28, 2025. This will be a new venue and we’ll be celebrating earlier in the year, returning to February.
The Have a Heart Gala is our signature event, uniting 400 volunteers, donors, sponsors, and guests. We hope that you will join us as we come together to reflect on the work we've done this past year and raise vital funds that will support our ongoing efforts to end homelessness.

2025 Gala Host
Brónagh Tumulty
Brónagh Tumulty is originally from Ireland, which is where she started her reporting career. She has spent the last number of years living and working in America.
She joined the WGN News team in July of 2020 as a general assignment reporter. Prior to WGN-TV, she spent two and a half years reporting for KUTV (Sinclair/CBS affiliate) in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also spent several years reporting at the News 12 Network in New York and as a producer at KTVT (CBS) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Brónagh earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and her M.A. in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Sheffield in England. She is an avid traveler who taught English in Seoul, South Korea for a couple of years. She then travelled through several countries in Asia and South America, before spending several months living in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
