Introducing Creature Comforts

We are very excited to be this year’s partner for Whirlwind Coffee Company’s “Community Kindness” series of coffees.

Whirlwind has created a new blend called Creature Comforts. They remarked that this is hands down one of the best-smelling coffees they’ve ever created with flavor notes of toffee, baking spices, and dried berries.

$3 for every bag (or canister fill) sold will be donated toward the essential services that we provide, such as overnight emergency warming shelters this winter, where Whirlwind is donating coffee for our guests.  We hope you enjoy it throughout the holiday season, knowing you will also support Housing Forwards’ work to end homelessness.

When can you buy it?

Bags will officially go on sale starting this Saturday, October 29, and will be available through the end of the year!  You can pick up a bag at their location at 513 Madison Street, Oak Park, IL or you can order online on their website. 

This is great coffee doing good, by supporting services for more than 2,000 men, women and families in the midst of homelessness and housing crisis.
