Each year, more than 40 congregations in west Cook County contribute to our mission to transition people from housing crisis to housing stability. Without their contributions, it would be very difficult for us to provide the level of services necessary to end homelessness for those we serve. To highlight this fact, we put together annual impact reports to show how each congregation participated in our work. New reports for the 2014-2015 season have recently been completed, and are now posted on our website under the congregation tab. We encourage you to take a look, and see all of the ways a congregation or community group can get involved!
