A Letter from a Former Client

From time to time, we receive letters from former clients. We'd like to share this one with you: 

"To whom it may concern,

My name is Andrea, and I am writing this letter to thank those at Housing Forward.

First, I would like to begin with Capri, who was my case manager...the best of the best, awesome. Full of compassion and made my struggle easier to deal with. Crystal, my Career Passport instructor, made my time in the class a phenomenal experience. She was very resourceful in helping me through my barriers to getting a job. And last but definitely not least, Jennifer [Case Aide]. Always cheerful and can brighten anyone's day. Seeing her first thing every morning when I walked through the door always made the start of the day a little bit better. 

Oh, and before I forget, Dale [Shelter Manager]. He too made my time at Housing Forward a better experience. Dale was never too busy to listen to my concerns, and goes out of his way to provide a safe shelter. 

So thanks to everyone mentioned. I will take everything told to me by each of you and carry it with me.
